This Privacy Policy describes how GyroGames ("we", "us") handles information when you play Bounce Tower (the "App") on iOS and Android.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not require an account and we do not ask you for your name, e-mail address, or any other directly identifying information. The following data is collected automatically by us and by the third-party services integrated into the App:

• Device and advertising identifiers — such as the Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA, only with your permission via App Tracking Transparency), the Identifier for Vendors (IDFV), and the Google Advertising ID on Android.
• Advertising data — information about the ads served in the App and your interactions with them (impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad completions).
• Usage and gameplay data — session length, level progression, in-game events, approximate device information (model, OS version, language, country derived from IP address).
• Diagnostics — crash and error reports.

Your game progress (scores, upgrades, soft currency) is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

2. How We Use This Information

• To serve advertising, which keeps the App free (interstitial and rewarded ads).
• To measure the performance of our advertising campaigns (install attribution).
• To understand how the game is played and improve it (analytics).
• To detect and fix crashes and errors.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect the data described above under their own privacy policies:

4. Tracking and Your Choices

• iOS App Tracking Transparency: the App asks for your permission before accessing the IDFA. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized using cross-app tracking.
• Personalized ads consent (GDPR/EEA & UK): where required, a consent form is shown before personalized ads are served. You can decline and receive non-personalized ads.
• Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Settings > Google > Ads.

5. Children

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data Retention and Security

Identifiers and analytics data are retained by the third-party services listed above according to their own retention policies. We do not operate our own servers and do not maintain our own database of user data.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and the right to object to processing or to data portability.
